The project boostEDIC M&L was represented at this years’s Data Spaces Symposium in Madrid by Dr Eusebiu Catana (ERTICO – ITS Europe).
During his presentation, “Towards a European Mobility Data Space: Interoperability, Governance, and Compliance”, Dr Catana outlined the role of federated and trusted data spaces in enabling cross-border data sharing, streamlining regulatory compliance and fostering innovation across Europe’s mobility and logistics ecosystem.
The intervention highlighted the importance of interoperability frameworks, governance models and common standards as key enablers for the development of the common European mobility data space. Furthermore, the event provided a valuable opportunity to engage with stakeholders from across Europe, exchange insights and contribute to ongoing discussions on the future of data spaces.
